Shipping policy

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Handling usually takes 1-2 business days and shipping takes 1-3 business days using expedited shipping services (i.e. USPS Priority Mail).

Please make sure your address is correctly entered as we do not modify shipping addresses (including accurate street/apartment/suite numbers/zip codes). Notifications of inaccurate addresses would result in cancellation of your order, and cause you have to repurchase your order.

Once your package has been released from TRAPESTATES, the delivery responsibility lies with the postal service. If your tracking is marked as delivered, yet you haven't received your package, please contact your local post office to resolve the issue.
